Yathaarth Sangam Foundation Website

We built a full-stack platform for a non-profit to manage every part of their operations from fundraising and donor engagement to internal coordination and outreach. The system includes secure donation processing with payment gateway integration (PhonePay), a custom admin dashboard for team and volunteer management, event scheduling with real-time updates, and automated marketing tools for email and social campaigns. On the tech side, the platform was developed using React and Next.js for the front end, Node.js for the backend, and a NoSQL database for structured data. Cloud hosting was set up on FireBase and version control via GitHub Actions. Authentication and role-based access control were implemented with JWT and Google Auth using Firebase to maintain data security across all user levels. The result: a scalable, maintainable system that helps the NGO focus more on impact and less on logistics.
